It's Wednesday and I'm very very late!!!!
It's been a crazy busy week here with the Granddaughters visiting and I just ran out of time.
Today is more rain so it's an inside day with more free time for Grandma :)
Kailey is entertaining us with a drum session :)
Walking around the weeded area checking things out in the rain..
Checking out where the side road is washing away... must call the subdivision trustees and complain again. It's getting worse.
...and then there is the garden...which so far is loving all of the rain :)
...the peppers are growing fast...
...with lots of blooms and tiny peppers...
... tomatoes are doing great in the straw bales.
...flowers are doing well...
....and fungi too..
So now we are off to town to buy tie dye supplies to make some night shirts and what ever else we decide on :)
My drink of choice today is Vanilla Mountain Dew...got to have the extra caffeine to keep up with these girls :)

Your garden is doing great! I enjoyed all the flower photos--especially the water lily! Hope the tie-dying went well!
ReplyDeleteCute pictures of the Grands! Pretty flowers. I am so tired of the rain... sigh.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your Thursday, Carol!
No one waters better than Mother Nature.
ReplyDeleteI enjoy the rain knowing all the good it does.
Know you are enjoying these special days with your darling grand daughters.
Take care and Happy T Day on Thursday (I am late too)

p.s. thank you for your visit to my Magpie's Nest
I'm late too...LOL
ReplyDeleteSuch gorgeous flowers! The girls look to be having a grand time out in the rain. Hope you share your tie dye projects with us......my girls will want to see them too!
Your host is the latest of the bunch. I wouldn't have even known if you hadn't told me. Of course, I went to the other blog first and saw your SOC entry.
ReplyDeleteHeaven forbid. That part of the road (ditch) is gone. I'd call, too, before someone lands in it.
Sounds like you had a great time with the granddaughters. Saw the tie dye experiment, so won't comment on that here. Loved the drumming, too. Enjoyed seeing how your garden has grown. Mine has loved the rain, but I think many of my seeds washed away. Yours is doing fantastic.
Thanks for sharing your caffeine (grin) with us for T this FRIDAY (told you I was late). I hope to be more attentive next week, since I won't be playing in the Wednesday blog hop.
Glad the rain is doing your garden good, but those crumbling road edges do not look good, hope they get fixed. Have fun with the family, and your garden! Hugs, Valerie
