T Stands for Tuesday and SPRING ♥

It's SPRING!!!
Hello my Tuesday friends!
I am extremely happy that Spring has finally arrived and the day was glorious too ♥♥♥♥
I spent a lot of time just setting in the grass and watching the bees on the Dandelions.

Searching for new treasures in the flowerbeds and finding little jewels...

...The first tulip opening up to welcome Spring...

I worked on the garden beds .. pulling weeds and little getting them ready for planting. Also added another layer to the raised bed I'm building...

It's almost done..... and I started working on second one but forgot to take a photo of it.
By then I had managed to get a bit over heated so I came inside and worked on my painting a bit.
Here is where it was last week....
The coffee will have to do for this weeks drink too as I forgot to take that photo also :)
Here is where I am right now with the painting...
I keep changing my mind on where she is going so hopefully I'll get it figured out in the next day or so.
Thanks for all of the PRAYERS and well wishes for my father. He is home now and improving a little bit each day. He is still weak but much much better.
Today's Random Thoughts

So now it's time to skip on over to Elizabeth's and check out all of the other folks there and what they are up to.

  1. You have done a lot of hard work in the garden, and your painting is coming along wonderfully. Glad your Dad is feeling better and is back home. Happy T Day, hugs, Valerie

  2. I was so glad to read your father is doing better. That is great news.

I am super impressed with your raised beds. I can't seem to get mine raised because I just don't have enough fodder. Looks like you have put in a lot of hard work on it.

My tulips are not even beginning to show, yet. I'm impressed that yours are already starting to bloom.

Nice job on the painting. I like where this is going. Thanks for sharing it, your raised bed, your flowers, and your coffee with us for T this Tuesday.

  3. Happy T Day

I love the painting and what you are doing with it.

The garden looks to be coming along fine as well though a lot of hard work

    Love Chrissie xx

  4. I like the painting in the first version in this post - the fresh colors and interesting textures, it looks like a finished picture!
    Happy T Day!

  5. Glad you had a gardening day to start spring. I would be excited too. We are finally get spring temperatures though-at least for a few days, so hoping all this snow melts. Just a week ago we got a big storm. I'm ready. Have fun outside! Love seeing your flowers for T day. Hugs-Erika

  6. It was beautiful yesterday! Now if we could just get a decent rain! No dandelions here... yet. Love your tulip, haven't seen any of those either. So glad your Dad is home and feeling better every day!

  7. Dear Carol sorry to hear your father had health issues. Being at home is always the best place to be. Hope he continues to improve.
The bees must love your garden. Those healthy dandelions make great first food for them too. Nice to see that spring has sprung in your neck of the woods.
Beautiful artwork you are working to see how it evolves too.
Happy T Day and Happy Spring ♥ oxo

  8. Good to read that your father is home.
The flowers in the garden are always a welcome sign of spring, today we have a forecast for snow.

    Yvonne xx

  9. I can feel your enthusiasm for the Spring and gardening! I'm just wishing all our snow keeps melting so I don't have to see it any longer. Looking forward to seeing how your painting turns out. Happy T day!

Lovely spring flowers I was surprised the dandelions were up already and I have a few blooming violets.
I hear thunder all around me but hasn't hit here just yet-so working on visiting everyone before I need to unplug the computer.
    Happy T Day

    I adore your painting.

  15. Yay! This looks great! Your painting too - love what you are doing with it! Glad your Dad is getting a little better! Happy T Day! Chrisx

  16. I love how your painting is progressing, Carol. Once I've created a wonderful background (as yours was), I have a hard time covering any parts of it.

I'm learning in Life Book that you need to add, take away, add, take away, etc. and that almost any (art) mistake can be remedied. So I'm anxious to see what you do next ;-)

So glad your dad is home again and improving.

    Happy T-Day! Hugs, Eileen

  17. Thanks Eileen! It is very hard to cover up all of that work ..I just have to keep telling myself it's part of the process and do it.

  18. Fantastic progress on your painting, and love the treasures from your gardens!
