In the Shade :0)
My shade garden is the only garden I have that is thriving this year.
Even with regular watering with well water the sun gardens are suffering and the veggie garden just isn't producing as it should.
But the shade garden grows and grows :o)
I really need to get out there and do some weeding and pruning but it has
just been to darn hot ..even in the shade.

Your shade garden looks like a sanctuary. I'd like to rest there for a while, just doing nothing.
ReplyDeleteMine thankfully are thriving but there are many insects. I already spray insecticide one time and now it is back again tiny critters are eating the buds and leaves. ^_^ Happy Tuesday! Inviting you to join my Water World Wedneday
ReplyDeleteBeautiful little shade garden, so full of life! It must be relaxing there! Wish I could send some of our rainy peninsula weather to you! We have plenty to spare! As long as you don't mind some Winter chills with it!
ReplyDeleteIt does look beautiful! There has been such heat and drought that it's not surprising, I guess, that the rest have not survived as well. Been a rough summer so far. Maybe things will shift and get better. :)
ReplyDeleteYour photos are getting better and better!
ReplyDeleteLovely flowers, great shots!
ReplyDeleteVisiting for Ruby Tuesday 2- hope you can stop by..

nice flowers! I love flowers, I work on mine every afternoon when the sun is down. I hate to go out on the heat!
ReplyDeleteHi!
ReplyDeleteMany thanks for stopping by.
Hope you’re having a great week and a great weekend ahead too!
Love your shade garden and certainly understand about the rest. I wish I had some shade to plant in. But, shortly after moving in we learned all the trees were dying and had to have then taken out.
ReplyDeleteI really fear opening this next water bill. I had been running the sprinklers for almost two hours every day to keep all my beds alive.
Very very colorful and pretty. Love that RED and green and the chair by the tree makes it very arty to me. ;-)
ReplyDeleteHPPF on Sunday.
Your shade garden is lovely. Mine is the only thing hanging on this summer too.
ReplyDeleteIt's been quite a drought up here in Ontario, too. We are worried about our wells.
