Camera Critters

I added a new feeder to the deck ....It's a silly feeder but most of the birdies don't seem to mind.

The Pileated  Woodpeckers aren't too thrilled with it.....but they are giving it a good look so maybe soon they will be eating at it too.

This Red-Bellied Woodpecker doesn't have a problem with the new feeder at all.

It almost seemed he was even posing for the camera.

It has been a very busy week at the feeders and I'll have to pick up more seeds this week. It's worth every penny I spend  on them though.

I'm thinking  I just might have to put out a sign saying "take a number please"  so those who have to wait for a spot don't get confused on who's next :0)

  1. Cute!!! What a funny bird feeder! Great shots. I could watch birds at the feeders all day if I had one. Thanks so much for sharing with us. :)

  3. Well, of course I love the feeder Carol! I can't believe you have those Pileated Woodie Woodpeckers coming to your deck! Have you seen any Red Headed? Maybe you have posted pictures of them, I need to go back a bit on your blog. They say they have come back to Missouri again in impressive numbers. We had never seen a Red Headed on the Tiny Ten until this year! We have two, we think. One for sure, maybe three :)
