I really do think I have a fairly decent excuse for being absent so long....really I do!
For the month of November I joined a daily art challenge...so all of my post for the month went on my art blog.... so if you really don't have anything else to do or are just plain curious you can check out my posts there...
Thirty days of creative bliss with a little bit of stress thrown in there too :0)
It was lots of fun and I'm so glad that I did it. I got to meet a group of fantastic artist and creative people and it really got me back into the mode of being creative every day...even if it's only for a few minutes.
I started the above painting yesterday with the intentions of her being an angel. She had other things in mind and became a dancer instead. She isn't finished yet so who knows what she will become :0)
It's been warmer here the past two days so I've been out in the yard again. Home Depot had their bulbs on sale for 75% off so I just had to buy some more :0)
The place will be awash with tulips and daffedills come spring. I still have about 80 bulbs to get into the ground ....so I guess I had better get myself out there and get to work .
Hope to be around more now :0)
I love this angel!!!! I enjoyed your art pieces this past month. Hopefully you can keep with it.
ReplyDeleteI started following you from AEDM. You visited me and I wanted to keep visiting you. :)

ReplyDeleteCreativity must be the same in all media. I will start writing a story with the intention of the characters doing one thing and those silly people always seem to head off in a totally different direction. It's odd, but lots of fun. I think that's why I like to write so much. Writing a story is like reading a book while I'm writing it. I want to write so I can see where the story takes me.
