Ruby Tuesday




With the rain and high heat of the past few days our backwoods are full of mushrooms of all kinds. These are the brightest and I felt fitting for Ruby Tuesday.

    Those are the most unusual mushrooms I've ever seen! But perfect for Ruby Tuesday! Nice find!

    I have no idea if the are edible. Just know that this is the first year I've seen them here and they are in abundance in our woods.

    Wow, wonderful pics. I especially like the side shot. I'm afraid to eat any wild mushrooms, with the exception of morels.
