T Stands for Tuesday

Good morning my Tuesday Friends!!!
Today is sunny and bright but that is supposed to go downhill this afternoon with snow and ice after sunset :(  A typical day for this winter.
Even with the nasty weather I've been busy getting more jugs ready for the "winter sown" project. Eight planted so far and hoping to get a bunch more done today.
Here's my coffee shot  for today with the newest jugs planted.
The babies are growing so fast. Littleman is pulling up on things now and standing on his own. He just can't figure out what to do next.
Princess is more interested in making new sounds and playing than standing up and walking.
She is finally getting some hair!!! ♥
and Big Sis is busy being a
SuperStar!
For Valentine's Day I made them heart snails but I only remembered to photograph one of them. The others heart were different colors.
Right now I'm working on a hat for my daughter-in-law then I'm thinking about trying a really complicated throw or blanket for us. Something like this...
... or this...
...or maybe this...
I found a couple of facebook groups that have amazing patterns and great tutorials and helps. Which ever one I do it will be with lots of color ♥ Love those bright colors!!!

RANDOM THOUGHTS FOR TODAY

In response to the last image ...
I'm party line and saddle shoes old.
I finally get a MRI on my back this coming Friday and then an injection on Monday hopefully. Depending on what the MRI shows this time I am hoping to schedule surgery soon. I'm beyond tired of dealing with this.
So that's it for this week and don't forget to click on the blue teapot on my sidebar and visit the other folks at

  7. Your blog is a delight to visit. Your positive quotes touched me. I'm sorry to hear you have health problems. I saved one of your quotes from last week, and another in this post. Know that you have touched others in a positive way. Thank you. Happy T-Day!

  8. Those twins are getting big. So sweet, too.

I love all those blankets. Regardless which design you choose, it will be a great way to use up your extra bits and pieces of yarn.

I won't make the sown seed jugs this year, but I WILL be planting tomatoes in hay bales. I bought four at Halloween and now they are sitting on my front porch, waiting for spring to arrive. I decided that was the way to go this year because I am tired of not getting tomatoes to grow in my crazy terrible soil.

That is an adorable snail heart. That's the ONLY type of snail I want to see (grin).

Thanks for sharing your coffee, your sown seed jugs, the twins, your crocheted heart(s) and your lovely random thoughts with us for T this Tuesday, dear Carol. I hope the MRI is successful and you get the surgery you so badly need.

  11. What a lovely post. Your grandies are adorable. They grow so fast don't they.
I'm sorry you are having back problems. I do hope the MRI scan will throw some light on the problem so that it can be sorted soon.
I loved your 'thoughts'. And I am trying to think of a way to explain when I was born without using numbers. (I was born a few years after the second world war ended)
    Happy (belated) T-Day,
    Lisca

  12. I was planning to do some milk jug planting, but it is freezing cold and raining today. This weather is going to last until the weekend, so it will have to wait a bit longer. I'm definitely trying this idea this year!

  13. Your little cuties are certainly growing fast. They are beautiful! Love the snail/heart pillows. What a great idea. These are much more practical than candy for valentine's day. Candy is tasty but straight to the hips for some. ;)
That Mandala blanket is beautiful! I have always wanted one and am looking for a pattern. I will have to check FB out.
I hope that your MRI goes well and gives the Dr.s what they need to make a good diagnosis. I can imagine back pain is awful as your back muscles are always in use. Take it easy.

    Happy Belated Tea Day,
    Kate

  14. They are growing up so fast! You have been so busy.
I hope they decide what to do and do it soon.
I am tiny black and white TVs with dials listening to my folks laugh at Milton Beryl, Jack Benny, Fibber McGee and Molly, and the Honeymooners.

  17. The twins are growing so fast, Carol. They're just adorable. And so is Superstar Big Sis. I love the message "Follow your heart." You go, girl!

    The heart snails are precious.

Good luck with the MRI. I hope the injection is all you need.

Sorry I'm so late commenting on your T-day post. I made early rounds and forgot to check back for new arrivals. Oops.

    Belated Happy T-day! Eileen xx
